Harvested from the icy waters of Alaska's rivers and seas, we serve only the freshest wild-caught fresh Alaskan seafood. Featuring salmon from Copper River, ocean-caught halibut, weathervane scallops, and unique seasonal catches, we bring Alaska's best offerings straight to your plate.

We partner with local organic farms including Calypso Farm to bring the freshest, most flavorful ingredients to your plate. Sustainably farmed and raised under Alaska's midnight sun, crisp, ripe vegetables and bold herbs and seasonings compliment our menu perfectly.

Lavelle’s Bistro offers Fairbanks locals and our guests from around the globe a warm and comforting place to wine and dine. We present a selection of delicacies of all shapes and sizes from American and French cuisine.

We celebrate wine makers from America and Europe in our extensive wine cellar, with over 1,500 bottles to choose from. As we prepare your meal please enjoy good company, great wine, a relaxed atmosphere and the charm only Alaska can deliver.
